Tin Skeleton Man


Tin folk art, known in Mexico as hojalata, dates back to colonial times. Artists use natural, oxidized and bright aniline paints to create ornaments, mirrors, lanterns and other decorative pieces.

Hand-crafted in Oaxaca, this male skeleton celebrates with spirits in his hand dressed in his sombrero and serape! The Day of the Dead celebration is Nov 1st and 2nd. 5”H.
