One of a Kind Molas
"Molitas" are "little molas." Molas are a form of primitive art,
using multiple layers of cloth in a process of reverse applique.
The Kuna (Cuna) people live on Panama.
Kuna women have been making molas for over a century.
Traditional designs are still being made even as Western themes
are being incorporated. Ideal for framing, sewing on clothing,
making pillows and other crafts.
